This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased through the Nemasis mobile application. We want you to be satisfied with your experience, and this policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), you are entitled to a remedy (including a refund) if a service you have paid for has a major failure, or does not meet a consumer guarantee. These statutory rights apply regardless of this policy.

1. Free Tier

Nemasis offers 30 free AI-generated images to all users at no cost. The free tier does not involve any payment, so no refund applies. You may create unlimited decks and cards using text-only mnemonics without charge.

2. Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The current subscription price starts from $4.99 USD/month and provides 300 AI-generated images per month.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to subscription features until that date. Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select Nemasis and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.
  3. Select Nemasis and tap Cancel subscription.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your device settings or app store account as described above.

4. Requesting a Refund

7. Unused AI Images

Unused AI image credits do not roll over between billing periods and are not refundable. Each monthly billing cycle begins with a fresh allocation.

8. Changes to Pricing

If we increase subscription pricing, the new price applies from the start of your next billing period after notice is given. If you do not agree with a price increase, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. You will not be charged the new price for any period before its effective date.
